GUARANTEED REFUND IN THE EVENT OF FURTHER LOCKDOWNS

if your stay is impossible due to decisions taken by the relevant authorities,* you will have the option to postpone or cancel your stay :

* Refund conditions are as follows: if your stay is impossible due to decisions taken by the relevant authorities, such as the closure of the campsite due to an administrative decision, the forbidding or limiting of travel to the campsite or if your place of residence is in a restricted area. Clients promise to contact La Besse Campsite within 72 hours of the restrictions being introduced in order to benefit from a refund. For all other situations, our general terms and conditions apply.

To cover the risks linked to COVID as much as possible, we recommend taking out a cancellation insurance. In this case you will be covered if you test positive or are in contact with infected individuals. See insurance conditions.

In rental accommodation:

Sheets in the accommodation : the sheets are washed at the dry cleaner’s and wrapped. Before leaving your accommodation, please put sheets in the bag set aside for this purpose in the chalet.

When you leave, as well as the usual housekeeping, please open all windows.
The inventory at check-in and check-out is carried out on the application.
We have also expanded housekeeping to include new procedures.
If you detect any symptoms, remain in isolation and contact a doctor.

On the estate :

Wellness Area (extra charge) : with the following conditions:

Obligatory use of hand sanitiser before entering, available at the entrance.
Time slots must be reserved ahead of time, since the number of guests in the area is limited to 6. (except for private reservation of the area)
New rates available for private reservation.
Disinfectant available in the area.
Usual regulations: access forbidden to children under 16, shorts forbidden and mandatory shower on arrival.
Massages: application of all the hygiene rules in the profession by the external service provider. Reservation required.

The Lagoon: with following conditions (area open in season from May to Septem

Leisure activities (in summer only) : some activities will take place as usual and others may be cancelled to respect visitor conditions linked to COVID

Equipment is available to borrow, but we recommend bringing your own rackets, tennis and pétanque balls or disinfecting them.
The 200-hectare estate is ideal for social distancing, so each guest has plenty of space to enjoy the estate and the natural setting.

We look forward to welcoming you to La Besse Campsite for a short break in Ariège. A holiday at the heart of nature in complete freedom, with activities and farm animals.

La Besse Campsite welcomes guests in a 200-hectare area. Rental accommodation stands at the forest edge with a distance of about 100 metres between each one. There are no other guests in front or behind you.

Several hiking trails leave from the campsite with a chance to observe nature and the animals in wide-open spaces.

We are lucky to be on a hillside with a view over the Pyrenees, and most of the time you can see the mountains from your terrace. To get to know the campsite, we recommend watching our video.

La Besse Campsite in Ariège gives visitors easy access to a wide range of things to see and do in the region. the Château de Montségur, the Château de Lagarde, the medieval town of Mirepoix and the Fontestorbes fountain, or further inland, the Château de Foix, the Dinosaur Museum in Espéraza…

You can also enjoy a whole host of outdoor sports activities. Canoeing, treetop adventure courses, horse-riding, etc.
